Our mission at Barmakian Jewelers is to provide the best value and customer service with the highest degree of integrity. We are currently seeking a self-motivated, energetic, customer service oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to add to our team of Sales Specialists. Must have experience in fine jewelry and diamond sales. Both full-time and part-time positions available. Local applicants only.

Primary responsibilities:

• Welcome and identify customer needs
• Service clients including jewelry repairs, order status inquiries, packaging and general hospitality
• Recommend products and services to customers
• Establish trust in customers to build brand loyalty
• Maintaining the merchandise, organization and display of jewelry in the showcases
• Monitor inventory
• Process customer orders

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• Previous experience in a retail environment with a focus on luxury client service is not required but preferred
• Ability to consistently cultivate and develop new and existing client relationships
• Passion in furthering education and training about certified diamonds, fine jewelry brands and current jewelry trends
• Strong organizational and computer skills
• Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Team mindset with a company first mentality
• Detail-oriented self-starter personality with flexibility to work weekends
• Authentic excitement and passion for fashion and jewelry
